SPECIAL PISTACHIOS KULFI

MILK - 2 LITRE
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
SAFFRON - 9 THREADS
CARDAMOM POWDER - 2 PINCH
PISTSCHE - 12  PIECES CHOPPED

METHOD

 You have to take milk (I have taken Amul milk bags ) in the pan and mix saffron and cardamom powder and boil  it till it remain half of  whole milk. Don't  forgot flame should be low . Keep the milk running and take care not to burn milk. After preparation of milk for kulfi you have to mix  sugar in it and let it cool down and switch off the flame.
    Pour this  milk in kulfi molds  an keep it in fridge for 15 hours to freeze.
     After 15 hours your special pistache kulfi is ready to eat.
