INGREDIENTS
SWEET CORN - 2 CUP
GREEN CHILLI - 2
GINGER - 1 PIECE
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 SPOON
ONION - 1 CHOPED
CORIANDER - 1/2 CUP(FINELY CHOPED)
OATS - 1 CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RICE FLOUR - 1 SPOON
OIL - FOR FRYING
METHOD
First of all grind the oats and then grind all the ingredients like sweet corn, chilli, ginger, and cumin seeds. Now pour this mix in a bowl and mix other ingredients in it. Mix the oats powder slowly slowly in it and make small balls or vada and fry it in hot oil. When this balls become golden brown then keep this balls on tissue paper for soak the oil perfectly.
Now we can serve these hot corn vadaas snacks with coriander sauce or tomato sauce according to your taste .
