PEANUT'S LADOOS
INGREDIENTS
PEANUTS - 2 CUP
JAGGERY - 1 CUP
POWDERED SUGER - 2 SPOON
GHEE - FOR BINDING
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 PINCH
METHOD
First of all roast peanuts When the colour will be light pink,hou have to switch off the flame. Remember you have to roast all peanuts on theow flame. Now let it be cool down. In the next step, you have to grind these roasted peanuts and mix jaggery also. Make a fine mixture by adding cardamom in it.For binding you can add powdered sugar also.
You have to bind this mixture in round balls (ladoos). For this you can add some ghee also. So, my readers peanuts ladoos are ready to eat. This recipe is special for those who are celebrating navratri and these are very healthy and easy to make. You can made these ladoos for navratri 's prasad also.
