GULABJAMUN

INGREDIENTS

MAWA - 250 gm
SUGAR - 2 CUP
WATER - 1 CUP
All PURPOSE FLOUR -  3 SPOONS
HOLLOW SUGAR CAKE - 15 TO 20
OIL -  FOR FRY

METHOD
First take mawa and mash it with the help of your palm till mawa became smooth  Then mix all perpose flour in it and mash gently. On the other hand make a sugar syrup of one string  with the help of water and sugar. Leave this syrup for cooling.
Now make some small balls of dough made by mixture of mawa and white flour.
       Put hollow sugar cake in the middle of balls and make smooth balls.
    Then pour the oil in the pan on the low flame and deep fry these balls. By doing this balls will not crack.
    When all balls will fry then dip these balls in sugar syrup.
  Now your delicious  sweet dish of gulabjamun are ready to eat. These spongy gulabjamun will win the heart of your children and guests. So, are you ready to make hot and spongy, soft,delicious and your favorite gulabjamun at your own home.
