MOHAN THAL

INGREDIENTS

MAWA - 250 gm
SUGAR- 2 CUP
WATER - 1CUP
GRAM FLOUR - 2 CUP
GHEE - 1/2 CUP
ALMONDS - 1/2 CUP
CASHEW NUTS - 1/2 CUP

METHOD


Take one cup of gram flour and ghee in a pan and roast the gram flour till it becomes light brown then mix mawa and stir mawa with gram flour till it will separate from the pan.
Take another pan and boil water, and mix sugar in it. When sugar will mix evenly,and it will be made that there will be a string in it, then cool down this mixture. In another pan roast all dry fruits which you want to mix in your sweet dish.
      Don't forget that flame should be slow in frying gram flour. Mix roasted dry fruits and sugar syrup.
      Now take one thal and pour your mixture in it and make your mixture like shown in the pic given below .
  After cool down this mohan thal cut the pieces and can serve as you want.
  This mohan thal is a nice sweet dish, can easily ready at home and healthy food for brain also.
