GANESHA'S FAVOURITE MODAK
INGREDIENTS
MILK - 1/2 CUP
MILK POWDER - 1CUP
BUTTER - 2 TBSP I
CREAM - 1/4 CUP
SUGAR POWDER - 1/3 CUP
GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER - 2 FOR FLAVOR
METHOD -
First of all take a pan and heat it then take butter,and cream, and boil it. Then mix milk and boil it very well. Now mix milk powder and keep continuously and do not let the glands grow in this mixture of pan.
After 10 minutes you will see that mixture became more thick and then mix cardamom powder and sugar.In this whole process flame should be low.
Now our modak mixture is ready to cool. After one hour it will be settle. You can keep the mixture in refrigerator to cool down .
Now shape this mixture like MODAK with the help of palm or you can use mold also.
MODAK is favorite of lord Ganesha. This is a famous sweet dish of maharashtra.
