KUCH MEETHA HO JAYE


INGREDIENTS -

FOX NUTS - 2 CUP
MILK - 1 LITRE
SUGER - 1CUP
GHEE - 3 SPOON
DRY FRUIT -  ALMONDS, CASHEW NUTS,
                        AND RASINS
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 SPOON
 SAFFRON - 1PINCH

METHOD -


Take crushed fox nut. Take  ghee in a pan and roast fox nut in the ghee as well as we have to roast all the dry fruit also on low flame. Now pour milk in another pan and heat milk. Now mix all dry fruits and fried fox nuts.  Heat milk till it will thick then mix sugar, saffron, and cardamom powder and stir till it becomes thick. Serve hot fox nut kheer on this pious occasion of brother and sister. It's a delicious and perfect desert for this festival.
