EGGY BALLS
INGREDIENTS
EGGS - 4
BESAN - 3 CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
ONION - 2 MEDIUM SIZE
GREEN CHILLI - 2
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TSP
OIL - 2 CUP
CHAT MASALA - ACCORDING TO TASTE
METHOD
Take half boiled eggs. The yolk of eggs should be in liquid form and white part should be boiled properly. Now make a mix with the help of basan,salt, fine chopped onion, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, chat masala, coriander powder, and some water. Take half boiled eggs and mash it properly.
Mix this egg paste in the Besan mixture Now our mix is ready to fry. Keep oil for heating and pour final mixture in oil with the help of spoon and fry until it become golden brown in colour.
Now we can serve hot eggy balls with mayonnaise or sauce or green coriander chutney.
