CHEESE BHURJI
VEGETABLE OIL - 3 TEA SPOON
CHEESE - 200 gm
ONION - 2 CHOPPED
GREEN CHILI - 3 CHOPPED
CORIANDER - 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TEA SPOON
CHART MASADA - 3 TEA SPOON
METHOD -
Take oil in the pan and heat it . Then take chopped onion in the pan and roast it till it becomes pink. Now mix all left ingredients in the pan an at last you can add cheese and chat Masada. Now your cheese bhurzi is ready to serve.
