SWEET CORN PERIAL


INGREDIENTS-


 Boiled sweet 🌽 corn -  300 gm
 Musturd seeds - 1 spoon
 Chana daal - 1/2 spoon
 Dry red chilli -1
 Asafoetidia- 1 pinch
 Curry leaves - 8
 Fine chopped coconut -3 spoon
 Chopped corriendor - 4 spoon
 Chopped chilli - 1
 Oil - 2 spoon
 Salt -  according to your taste
 Chat masala according to taste.
PROCESS :-

First grind coconut , corriender and chilli
 in mixer. Take a pan and pour oil and heat it and add musturd seeds and chana daal in the pan. After 10 seconds mix  red chilli , asafoetidia, and curry leaves and  add boiled sweet 🌽 corn  in it. Cook for 2 to 3 seconds . At last mix grinded coconut mixture in the pan and mix it well . Then you can addadd ch masala to it for taste. Now dish is ready to serve.
