LAAPSI, A REGIONAL DISH

Today ,  l am cooking  a sweet  dish which  is specially  known  as LAAPSI .  This is  influenced  by the Rajesthan and Gujarat and specially  prepared  in NAVRATRI  . This is a simple  and easy to make and very tasty  to eat .

INGREDIENTS

BROKEN  WHEAT -1 CUP
GHEE - 3 TEA SPOON
JAGERRY  - ACCORDING TO TASTE
WATER -  3 CUP
CASHEW NUTS - FOR GARNISH
CORDEMOM POWDER - ONE PINCH
RASINS - 6 to 8

METHOD

Firstly  roast  the broken wheat in ghee till it became brown. Mix jaggery  in the water and heat  it very  well . Then mix this mixture  in roasted  broken  wheat. Mix it well till it becomes  cooked.  Then mix one pinch cardamom and  Rasins. Now your LAAPSI IS  ready  to eat. Now  you can garnish  LAAPSI  with  dry fruits and serve it.
